CSAB Board of Directors The Board of Directors of the CSAB consists of the Representative Directors, appointed by the Member Organizations, and the immediate Past-President, who serves as a non-voting, ex-officio member of the Board throughout the term of the current President. Four Representative Directors are appointed from each of the Member Organizations of CSAB -- ACM and IEEE-CS. The terms of the Representative Directors are three years each. Appointments end after the October annual meeting in the year listed after each Representative Director's name and affiliation. Each Member Organization is entitled to as many as two Alternate Representative Directors at any time. Appointment durations are typically one year. The officers are elected by and from the Representative Directors for a one-year term. They continue to vote on all Board of Directors actions.
