Paul M. Leidig, Professor and Director of the School of Computing at Grand Valley State University (retired), has been elected CSAB President for 2024-2025. Paul is a CSAB Fellow and ISCAP-EDSIG Fellow, serves as the Computing Area Director on the ABET Board of Directors, and also serves on the ACM Education Board. He is currently leading the efforts of a multidisciplinary data science competencies taskforce, co-chaired the ACM taskforce for Computing Competencies for Undergraduate Data Science Curricula, co-chaired the ACM/AIS Information Systems Curriculum (IS2020) taskforce, and served on the Computing Curricula 2020 (CC2020) taskforce. Also elected as CSAB officers for 2024-25 were the Vice-President Mihaela Sabin, University of New Hampshire, and Secretary-Treasurer Sandra Gorka, Pennsylvania College of Technology.
